Angling in Norfolk

Being on the Lake Erie coast, one of our favourite past times is fishing and angling. Sometimes this is for relaxation, something that is past down through generations or just for the love of nature. Norfolk County’s inland waters and lake are plentiful with all types of different fishing species at all different levels – novice, sport fisher or professional. Join Jason as he reels you through types of fish in the area at different seasons, the hot spots, tips for better fishing and fishing safety.

Guest Speaker: Jason Barnucz, Biologist,  Brand Ambassador and Fish Head

Jason is not only an avid angler but he is also a professional Fisheries Biologist. Jason spends over 100 days per year on the water for work and recreation. From larger Boston Whalers to Jon Boats to Canoes, Jason works with a variety vessels in a variety of places. Jason will be speaking about overall water safety while angling and may throw in some fishing tips along the way. Anglers of all experience levels enjoy listening to Jason when he is sharing his experience and knowledge!
